When Does Daylight Saving Time Start?

This Sunday March 13th is when does daylight saving time start, at 2:00 am in the US. Only the states of Arizona and Hawaii and the territories of Puerto Rico, American Samoa and the Virgin Islands do not adopt the system.
When daylight savings is active, then all US country clocks are forced forward one hour. And the same goes from the first or second week of March to the first or second week of November.
In addition, clocks that read 2 pm would now read 3 pm. That would make our time zone for them go down an hour.

Beginning of Daylight Savings and its Advantages:
The time change is carried out to adapt the activities of the local population and tourists visiting the countries that adopt this time change. The advantage is to make better use of the solar light cycle, so that electricity is saved.
For these reasons, there is a time change in summer and another in winter. By increasing the time of daylight during the afternoons, commerce and tourism are benefited. It also benefits the practice of sports and other activities that favor the presence of light after the workday.
